Maggie Austin Signature Flowers

Using Maggie's (perfect) homemade gumpaste, learn sugar flower construction, dusting, taping, and arrangement along with custom gel color mixing and advanced techniques for soft and natural-looking flowers.

Classic Rose: The most requested (and most daunting) of all the flowers. Learn various sizes, support systems, and degrees of bloom.

David Austin Rose: A many-layered signature flower popular with high-budget clients. Learn the technique and explore multiple variations.

Peony: This big, fluffy statement flower is perfect for clients sticking to a budget. Learn closed and exposed stamen varieties as well as the super fast and easy buds.

Hydrangea: The workhorse flower. Perfect for adding dimension and movement, gracefully satisfying a tricky color palette (and hiding all manner of sins!).

Café au Lait Dahlia: Trending flower for bigger budgets. Time-consuming, but makes a stunning statement.

Roselings & Peonettes: Petite trailing versions of roses and peonies artfully perched on branches.

Orchids: Notoriously finicky but clean and beautiful. Learn two varieties as well as buds and branch construction.

Ranunculus: Paper-thin and multi-layered, this flower is particularly beautiful in profile.

Various Fruits: Blueberries, blackberries, grapes, cherries, apples, kumquats, oranges, and apricots.

Leaves and Branches: Learn leaf techniques combined with delicate (yet sturdy) branches that are key to arranging with movement and drama.
